From Grassroots to Semi-Professional – The Journey of Brad
Brad’s football journey began in the Junior Premier League, progressing through the National Alliance League and earning trials with multiple Step 1 and 2 youth academies. At just 15, he made the leap into men’s football within the non-league system, ultimately reaching semi-professional status. His career has included trials with Step 2 and 3 clubs and appearances against numerous professional teams. Notably, he has scored at prestigious venues such as St George’s Park, Staplewood, Vitality, and the County Ground.
In addition to his playing career, Brad is a qualified FA coach with over five years of coaching experience. His background spans work with SEN students, grammar and public school coaching, and collaboration with top-level UEFA-licensed coaches. He holds an Extended Diploma and a BSc (Hons) in Sports Coaching. His goal is to share his knowledge and passion for football, helping players of all ages and abilities reach their full potential, whilst keeping it enjoyable and exciting.

Brad put on my first session back after two months out with a shoulder injury. Did a great job of pushing me hard enough that I got plenty of work in, whilst also making sure I wasn’t overdoing it, tailoring the session perfectly to what I needed.
